This usually means the shipment details have been submitted. The carrier may not yet have scanned the parcel into its network.
In transit
Updates may pause while a parcel travels between facilities or waits for its next processing scan.
Delivered
Check the stated delivery location, household members, building staff and nearby safe areas before reporting a missing package.

Organiva ships to the address entered during checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. An address change cannot be guaranteed after order preparation or carrier handoff has started.
When the expected route changes.
Shipping timelines are estimates rather than absolute guarantees. Contact us with the order number when a situation requires review.

Tracking has stopped updating
Allow reasonable time for the next carrier scan. If the status remains unchanged beyond the expected period, contact us with the order number and tracking information.
Marked delivered but not found
Check the delivery location, nearby safe areas, household members, building staff and immediate neighbors where appropriate. The carrier may also provide additional delivery details.
Returned to sender
A parcel may be returned because of an incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery or carrier restriction. Contact Organiva so the order status can be reviewed before any next step is arranged.
Keep the item and packaging together.
If luggage, a travel bag, an organizer or another accessory arrives damaged, contact Organiva before discarding the packaging or sending the item anywhere.
- Photograph the full item and the damaged area.
- Photograph the shipping carton and internal packaging.
- Make the shipping label readable in at least one image.
- Include the order number and a concise description.
- Wait for guidance before arranging a return shipment.
