Organiva reviews refund requests in relation to the order, product condition, reason for the request and any product-specific terms provided before purchase. Approved refunds are completed through the appropriate payment route after the relevant review is finished.
Three stages before a refund is completed.
This page provides general guidance. Product-specific terms, circumstances disclosed at checkout and rights that may apply under relevant law are considered where applicable.
Request information
We begin with the order number, purchasing email address, item involved, reason for the request and an accurate description of the product condition.
Eligibility assessment
The request is reviewed against the item, condition, use, packaging, included parts and any relevant information provided at the time of purchase.
Confirmed outcome
When a refund is approved, Organiva confirms the amount, payment route and any applicable information concerning shipping, deductions or further processing.
The product condition remains part of the decision.
Until support has reviewed the request, keep the item, packaging, labels, included components and accessories together. Avoid further travel use, modification or cleaning that could make the original condition harder to assess.
- Explain whether the item has been used during a journey.
- Keep removable parts, straps, inserts and accessories together.
- Retain the original packaging where it remains available.
- Photograph visible marks, defects or incorrect components.
- Wait for written instructions before sending anything back.
The Organiva store address is not automatically the return destination. Use only the return instructions provided for your approved request.
A refund decision reflects the individual request.
The examples below describe possible results and are not automatic promises for every order.
The eligible amount is returned
When the request and item condition meet the relevant requirements, the approved amount is confirmed and processed through the appropriate payment route.
Payment-provider processing can continue after Organiva has issued the refund.
The amount may reflect the reviewed condition
Where appropriate and permitted, an approved amount may take into account missing components, avoidable damage, excluded shipping costs or another issue explained during the review.
Any adjustment is communicated before the request is completed.
Some circumstances may prevent a refund
A request may not qualify when the item falls outside the relevant terms, has significant post-delivery wear, is incomplete or is otherwise restricted where clearly disclosed.
Organiva will explain the reviewed outcome using the order contact details.
What happens after approval.
Refund timing is separate from Organiva's normal order shipping time of 3–5 business days.
Keep the parcel and document what arrived.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact Organiva as soon as practical. Keep the outer parcel, internal packaging and product available while the issue is reviewed.
- Provide the order number and product name.
- Photograph the parcel and visible shipping label.
- Photograph the complete product and affected area.
- List any missing component or incorrect variation.
- Do not discard packaging before receiving guidance.
Depending on the circumstances and availability, the appropriate outcome may include a refund, replacement, missing component or another support option confirmed by Organiva.

Contact Organiva promptly when an order change or refund concern arises. Earlier contact can make the available options clearer.
Original and return shipping are reviewed separately
Whether original shipping or return shipping is refundable depends on the reason for the request, the condition of the item and the resolution approved by Organiva.
Any applicable responsibility for shipping costs is explained in the return or refund instructions.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing begins
Contact Organiva as soon as possible when an order needs to be changed or cancelled. Once processing or dispatch has begun, the order may need to follow the relevant return review instead.
Normal order shipping is 3–5 business days, but processing may begin before dispatch.
