Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact Organiva as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. We will review the processing status, but a change may not be possible once fulfillment or shipment has begun.
Why has my tracking information not updated?
A tracking number may be created before the first carrier scan, and updates can pause while a parcel moves between facilities. Allow reasonable time for a new scan, then contact us if the status remains unclear.
What should I do if tracking says delivered but I cannot find the package?
Check nearby delivery areas, household members, building staff and immediate neighbors where appropriate. You may also contact the carrier for delivery details. If the package remains missing, send Organiva the order number and tracking information.
My order arrived damaged. What information should I send?
Send your order number, a concise description and clear photographs of the full item, damaged area, shipping label and external and internal packaging. Keep all materials until the review is complete.
Can I cancel an order after checkout?
Contact us promptly. We will check whether the order can still be stopped, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has started.
Should I return an item before contacting Organiva?
No. Contact us first so the order and request can be reviewed. Sending an item without prior guidance can make it harder to connect the parcel with the correct support request.
How long does shipping normally take?
Organiva uses a standard shipping timeframe of 3–5 business days. Carrier delays, address issues, weather and other circumstances outside normal processing may affect a specific delivery.
